Installation of two (2) new electrical subpanels and associated branch circuits for conversion of two existing basement storage spaces to ADUs. Scope includes new outlets, GFCI outlets, recessed lighting, switch/dimmer controls, smoke/CO detectors, bathroom exhaust fans, and mini-split HVAC connections. Two new LADWP meters proposed. No new meters or modifications to existing electrical service required. ADU units to be served by two (2) new individual subpanels fed from existing house meter.
